If you are driving or having your parents drive you, be at the Broad Run track at 8 am. Please check in with one of the coaches so they know you are there.
Saturday weather: high of 49 and sunny. It will be cold to start, please wear your uniform and full coverage over it.
Food: Bring snacks and drinks of your choice. Please bring water. Concessions is open, but try to refrain from unhealthy food until after your events.
What to bring: shoes, spikes, a change of socks (clean, dry socks always feel good after a race), extra clothes in case it’s cold, a blanket to sit on, a chair to sit on, fruit, water, granola bars, some money for concessions.
What NOT to bring: anything of value. The tent is often without anyone, and any valuables left in the tent could be stolen. Bring phones, or other e-devices at your own peril. Also, no footballs or Frisbees.
After your event: Athletes are encouraged to stay and cheer on their teammates through the end of the meet. If you can’t stay, you may leave with your parents, only if the “bus coach” sees them. Also, if an athlete is leaving with someone else’s parents, the athlete leaving will need a note from their parents giving them permission.
* For this meet, because we are within walking distance of BWHS, athletes may leave with another athlete – ONLY if there is a note from their parents giving permission.
